1) Our courses are kept to a limited number of participants to allow for close personal attention by our trainers. This means we can spend more time with each person ensuring that they are getting exactly the help they require.

2) You have the option to return to each course as many times as you wish for FREE as a coach. This allows us to provide you with 'invaluable' free mentoring in your skill enhancement. Experience is the root of learning and by coming back you will accelerate your skill development. Essential for people wishing to use these skills professionally.

3) We consider your ongoing development as an important part of our obligation to your training. Therefore we provide FREE ongoing support during and after the training DIRECTLY from our TRAINERS. We also invite you to our special closed forums for course participants. This will allow you to keep in contact with developments from leading trainers and your fellow students as you support each other on the web.

4) We consider everyone as unique, therefore each course is tailored uniquely to the group involved. We do not use mass produced PowerPoint presentation methods. We seek to provide course participants with individually created situations and contexts for learning, growth and personal discovery. As we know each person has their own speed and type of learning style, we are able to ensure you get the appropriate training that suits you in your own personal development. The training becomes an adventure, fun and interactive.

5) We offer very flexible training programmes. This provides participants with options and extended choice in how they complete their training. We offer training in London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Paris and Aix-en-Provence (taught in English). Participants are welcome to mix and match venues on certain courses. Sometimes it's good to learn away from home. It allows you to be away from your normal associations and really go for an intensive experience. Plus it’s nice to get away from english weather! The Hotels in Aix–en-Provence are more affordable than in the UK and it is only just over an hour away from London airports.

6) As a course participant you will benefit from working with previous students who are returning to advance their skills as coaches. (We have found this is the fastest way of developing skills for both participants and participating coaches/practitioners).

7) Our trainers regularly study with the co-creators of New Code NLP John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St. Clair. Consequently this allows us to offer you the latest in New Code technology and developments, exactly as it was intended to be passed on.

8) Each course follows the guidelines of core subject competencies stipulated by the ITA, this means you learn what is essential as part of NLP according to the co-creators of New Code NLP. You can be assured of the highest competence of our trainers who are all ITA Certified.
