At Peter Salisbury & Associates we use alternative approaches to classic NLP Training. Our Master Practitioner Programme is one such example. Our format lets you choose specifically the areas of application you wish to learn and develop from a selection of relevant subjects.

If you attended a practitioner course with another provider who used a so called 'accelerated learning' system, subsequently have now found yourself confused or frustrated at your lack of ability, take assurance that this course will be quite different!

Our primary goal is that you will be able to understand and perform NLP to a competent level. Every person has strengths and weaknesses and as such learns at their own pace, that's why we have constructed this course design specifically to address flexibility of time and learning style. To give everyone a better chance of succeeding in their goals.

Becoming skilled in NLP terms means practice and greater understanding resulting from that practice. Our Master practitioner programme helps the integration of your practitioner skills at another level and includes subjects that fit within Classic and New Code formats. If you come from a Classic Code background, expect your skills to be enriched and your learning widened. If you are from a New Code background you will be pleased to know the advanced training you will receive will be in keeping with New Code formats.

If you are a Life coach we have subjects that are entirely relevant to help you become even more efficient and successful in that role. Maybe you are a therapist and would like to gain a greater understanding of hypnosis and change work as an NLP application?

There are choices available within our Master Practitioner format to allow you to either study in-depth or an overview. The minimum course duration for certification is 13 days which ideally should consist of the modules marked with an asterix. We place our emphasis on you being able to integrate the learning, that's why the modules are spaced apart and allow you to grow in understanding and practical ability.

We suggest you contact us to discuss which modules might be most applicable for your desired outcomes. You may take part in all modules if you wish (23 days) or just attend 13 days of the recommended 16 days of each programme to be certified as a master Practitioner (you will also be required to have demonstrated satisfactory competence in your new skills).

We aim to programme the courses at weekends and mid-week throughout the year for your flexibility. You are also free to attend any module as many times as you wish. We encourage you to become one of our coaches in which you will be mentored by our trainers.

Coaching on a training course produces very quick skill development and deep understanding of the subjects you are working with. Our only requirement to this is that you have already attended our Master Practitioner series and are Certified by us.

As with all our courses we provide ongoing support in the way of free online forums, practice sessions and tele-seminars direct with our trainers. We want you to feel confident that you will have mastered your new skills and we will support you in whatever way we can to realise that outcome.
